1. Who we are
The site belongs to Casa Orhideei, a store specializing in flowers, arrangements and floral gifts. By accessing the site, you accept the rules of use described below.
2. About our products
• All bouquets and arrangements are handmade, therefore each product may have slight differences from the photo.
• Some types of flowers depend on the season and the suppliers' stock. If a particular flower is not available, we will preserve the style and value of the product, using suitable alternatives.
• Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting or device settings.
3. Prices and payment methods
• All prices displayed are expressed in MDL.
• Available payments: cash on delivery.
• Prices may be updated periodically, but orders already placed remain valid at the confirmed price.
4. How delivery works
• We deliver throughout Moldova.
• The delivery fee is estimated depending on the distance.
• For personalized arrangements or large volume, the preparation time may be longer.
• During busy periods (March 8, Valentine’s Day), the exact delivery time may vary slightly.
5. Cancellations and returns
• Flowers are fresh products with a short shelf life, so they cannot be returned after they have been delivered.
• If the product arrives damaged or does not correspond to the order, you can contact us within 24 hours, and we will replace the product or find a suitable solution.
• The order can be canceled at least 2-3 hours before the arrangement is prepared.
6. Personal data and confidentiality
• The data you provide us (name, phone, address) is used only for the delivery of orders and communication with you.
• We do not transmit the data to other people or companies, except for the delivery companies (if applicable).
• You can request the modification or deletion of your personal data at any time.
7. Photos and website content
• All texts, photos and materials published on the website are the property of the store ,,Casa orhideei’’
• Their reproduction or use for commercial purposes is permitted only with our consent.
